We are currently looking for a shift leader for Hasses Hamngrill starting in early May 2026. We are looking for someone with previous service experience who is at least 20 years old.

The position includes everything from frying burgers, frying fries, cash handling, opening and closing routines, cleaning, restocking the candy shop, etc., as well as leading the team during your shift with the support of the site managers. The work is varied, and we are looking for someone with a lot of energy, who enjoys working with people, wants to provide memorable service to our guests, has an eye for detail, and can take initiative. You should also be able to handle stress and keep many balls in the air.

Meritorious:

• You should preferably have cash handling experience and be able to fry a burger.

• If you have experience from another street kitchen, restaurant, or café, that’s great!

• Enjoy working in a team! Alone is not strong when the orders come in fast.

• Be cheerful and forward! It's important to have a sense of humor (and a bit of silliness), we have fun at work!

• Responsible! If things get hectic, it's good to be able to show the way!

• Creative! We love great ideas that make the job more fun and the concept better!

The position is a permanent position starting from early May at 100% until September when it will be at 75%. The position starts with a probationary period that then transitions to a permanent employment.

Salary according to collective agreement + responsibility supplement
